About Us

College Hill Brew Co. was established in 2017 as a local-themed brewery and live music venue serving everyone who enjoys beer and music, from residents of the College Hill neighborhood, to anyone in the greater Palouse region. We saw a lack of craft beer and live music options in the College Hill area, which led us to found CHBC. Focusing on Local First, we locally source as many ingredients for our beer as possible. We also support local food trucks by having them park outside and serve food. This allows us to focus our efforts on brewing great beer and providing the best live music acts.
