All About College Hill Brew Co.

Welcome! Here at College Hill Brew Co., we strive to provide the most authentic local-focused experience possible. We source the ingredients for our beers, from the barley to the hops, as locally as we can without compromising quality and freshness. We love our Coug family and hope that eventually we can source all of our ingredients from fellow Cougs!

Being a small home-town brewery, we focus on giving back to our community by supporting other local businesses and organizations. Instead of serving food ourselves, we have partnered with several local food trucks to bring you a weekly rotation of varying tasty treats. Our friends in the food trucks park outside of our College Hill tap room, so feel free to bring your food inside and enjoy it along with one of our many brews!

Every week we have one night where a portion of our sales is donated to one of many local and national charitable organizations, ranging from Alternatives to Violence of the Palouse to the Red Cross. We hope this opportunity to help others will continue to result in meaningful results and will allow us to expand our giving as we grow.

Our tap room and brewery on College Hill features 20 rotational taps, with between 12 and 17 being our own brews and the remaining taps being devoted to beers from our friends at other regional breweries, a few cider options, and whatever else we can find to share with you! In addition, we host local and national music/entertainment acts in the basement underneath our tap room, giving anyone unprecedented access to great live music.
